Queens Platinum Jubilee Afternoon Tea, Saturday 4th June 2022

What a lovely time we had at our Jubilee Afternoon Tea on Saturday, despite being a bit chilly and windy. It was great to celebrate the Queens magnificent 70 year reign, with friends, both old and new. Everyone brought such delicious food to share, it certainly was a feast fit for a Queen! From tasty homemade scotch eggs and quiche, to delicious Oreo cheesecake and cupcakes. Her Majesty the Queen took time out of her busy schedule to pop in and see us, in fact we had quite a few celebrities come and join us, Lady Gaga and Lord Sugar to name but a few. The effort our owners took to decorate their caravans was amazing, thank you to everyone who joined in. The winner of the most patriotic caravan, as voted for by everyone at the party, was Penny, Emma, Dan and Eliza, plot 17. Penny and family also came first in our Right Royal Jubilee Quiz, well done to you! Jasmine won the competition to Pin a Crown on the Corgi, well done Jasmine. Thank you everyone for coming, and for helping us to mark this special occasion.

Fairview Holiday Park Reviews

With the summer drawing to a close, we’re taking some time to take a look back over the past couple of years. As for many businesses the recent past has been one of the most challenging our team have ever experienced, and we’re delighted to say, we’ve come through it!

We stumbled upon Fairview Holiday Park after visiting a friend at another site in the area, we were not really intending to buy a static caravan that day. However, the friendly welcome from Karen and Stephen helped us make our minds up… The grounds are maintained immaculately by Karen and Stephen and they are both always available to help with any problems we have as inexperienced static caravan owners. We certainly do recommend Fairview Holiday Park.

Well Maintained Grounds

We take pride to ensure the grounds around Fairview are maintained to a very high standard. We’re really pleased that this hard work has not gone unnoticed by our static caravan home owners.

The site is pristine with its owners taking care of its grounds and supporting owners whenever required. An excellent base for attractions but to be honest once you are in the caravan it’s very difficult to want to leave as it’s so perfect. Have to say it’s the best decision I have made and only wish had found it earlier.

When we were looking around the site the fishing pool took our breath away. The beautiful peaceful rural setting is just stunning, this immediately convinced us we wanted to spend more time here. It is now our peaceful hideaway.

With the roll out of the vaccine and a decrease in case numbers of the Corona Virus, we are eagerly getting ready for your anticipated return in the spring.

We have been busy on the park, with major resurfacing work being carried out.
